Poster guide

All poster/oral presenters are allowed to present their own work on a poster board. We note that oral presenters are also encouraged to prepare a poster according to the following rule, so that all participants will have the opportunity to showcase their work in the poster session.

Rules

• A0 size (841x1190)
• No poster number assigned. You can present where you like.
• One side, one poster.
• The poster should be shown within Monday, and should be removed within Thursday (Free discussion day).

Poster preview (short talk)

We plan a poster preview on Monday. All the poster presenters are expected to present a 4-minute-long talk for the introduction. Please send a pdf to Yamada before the workshop week.
