Hybrid system

On May 27, 2024, we decided to switch to the hybrid mode, i.e. you can paticipate in the workshop both onsite and online. We note that the timetable is still base on JST (Japanese Standard Timezone), so it may be difficult to participate from other timezones. The hybrid system is already stored in Sakura Hall. There are several tips to organize the hybrid meeting efficiently.

Tips

  • We use Zoom for the online participation.
  • Please follow the basic Zoom policy. Please DO NOT unmute yourself without permission.
  • If you have a question, please use the chat window first to show a question. You can only unmute yourself after the organizing committee allows you to speak.
  • If you speak, your voice may echo through the Hall. Please do not speak loudly.
  • Onsite posters are only for those in the real venue. All poster presenters have a right to upload their pdf as an online poster as well.
  • Eduroam is stored inside the venue, but we will also prepare another WiFi router for Zoom users.

Last-minute registration

From Jun 1 to Jun 17, 2024, we will accept last-minute registrations for the hybrid workshop.

Online posters

Please send a poster PDF file (up to 1MB) to Masahiko G. Yamada (yamada[__at__]phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp) by June 24, 2024.

We collect online posters along with the last-minute registration. The online poster should be a PDF file up to the 1MB size. The online poster will be made public during the whole days of the workshop week, and everybody can see the online posters. Please do not disclose any confidential data in the online posters.

If you have any questions to each poster, please ask them to the authors directly. We cannot answer anything on the contents of the online posters.
